Join us for an uplifting and inspiring Handstand Block and Flexibility Clinic designed to help dancers and acrobats of all levels improve strength, balance, and mobility!

During this one-hour clinic, students will work on proper handstand shaping, conditioning drills, safe block work, and flexibility techniques that support both acro and dance training.

Whether your child is looking to build confidence, refine skills, or learn new techniques, this clinic will provide valuable instruction that enhances body control and performance quality.
