Handstand Block and Flexability Clinic
Join us for an uplifting and inspiring Handstand Block and Flexibility Clinic designed to help dancers and acrobats of all levels improve strength, balance, and mobility!
During this one-hour clinic, students will work on proper handstand shaping, conditioning drills, safe block work, and flexibility techniques that support both acro and dance training.
